Customer Return and Refund Policy ONLY For MELROSE INTERNATIONAL products:

If you or are not satisfied with the order, you may file a claim within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. To file a claim, please email giftaces@hotmail.com and include the following information:

  • PO # or Invoice #
  • Reason for return - damaged or otherwise. 
  • Pictures of the damaged item/package

Upon receipt of your request, we will provide further instruction on how to proceed. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. 

If it is damaged, we will issue a call tag for free shipping back, or if severely damaged, we will tell you to dispose. When this is completed, you can choose a refund or another one shipped at no charge and no shipping charge. 

If it is not damaged, but not to your liking, you will need to send back at your own expense, address provided later, for a refund. 

To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free of excess tape or labels.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all original components and product labels.
  • Authorized returns must be shipped within 30 days from the return approval date.

Return or Damage 

Thank you for your order! 

We hope that our hard work shines through and your order was received as expected.  Our items are made to order and packed by our workshop.  Reshipping and replacing product due to mistakes is expensive, so we want to know when there is a problem with your order. 

Many of our products use natural or reclaimed materials, so you should expect each piece to be unique and show natural wear from the history of time and previous use.  Imperfections are inherent and to be expected, but mistakes or damage are not okay so please reach out if something isn’t right!

If you need to report a damaged or would like to return your item please note: All returns and damages must be reported within 15 business days from the ship date on the invoice. 

  1. Please take a photo of the damaged item or item you want to return
    Note: Please include an image of damaged product as well as any damage to the box that occurred  during shipping.
  2.  Email this to giftaces@hotmail.com and we will reply how to complete your return or exchange. 
  3.  Package item in original packaging if returning product
  4.  Please allow up to 15 business day for your claim to be processed and a return authorization to be emailed if needed.  We will be in touch with a plan of action for this return. Thanks!

For all other brands or items sold:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at giftaces@hotmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a different address. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as custom products and special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You must email for instructions

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
